EXERCISES TO FIND INNER PEACE

Enter into our inner world; It means to unplug for a few minutes of material reality, to start an honest and sincere communication with the most intimate part of our essence. It is a ceremony that puts us in contact with our inner strength, channeling energies, talents and expertise, which enable our personal transformation and that drive us to adopt a coherent and positive attitude and the presence of divinity and which It gives us peace, openness, wisdom, confidence, energy and balance.

Meditation, prayer, toga or simply relaxation are ways to make contact with our inner world, and although techniques are different, all channelled the large flow of energy and wisdom that is within us, put us in contact with our Divine essence to return us the peace and balance.

EXERCISES TO FEEL INNER PEACE

We learn to contact us with a higher reality:

*You are looking for a quiet and pleasant place where you can relax for a few minutes. It may be in your House or outdoors and in contact with nature.

*Find a comfortable position, because it is sitting with your back upright or lying down usa fresh clothes.

*Close your eyes and place the attention on your breath, imagining the take and remove the air, loose all your worries and tensions.

*Now, imagine a landscape, pleasant and quiet, recreate it in your mind in as much detail as possible. Tomato time to do so. Meanwhile continues to breathe at your own pace.

*Note as your thoughts and emotions are stilled. It preserves the relaxation and dissolve the image of the landscape.

*Feel the divine matter what your image of it, to feel accompanied, loved and protected in his presence. Feel it in your heart. It becomes aware of the peace that you produced and rests on that feeling.

*Express your thoughts, feelings and needs with sincerity and open your heart with gratitude, to receive his answer.

*Thanks for all the gifts and blessings that you have received. And, feel tranquil and at peace. Enjoy that status.

*When you want it, get ready to return to calm. With your eyes closed, you feel your body, remember where you are and gently open your eyes. You not rise sharply. Let the feeling of fullness and satisfaction you impregnate.

REFLECTION...

The more difficult the circumstances you face, much more powerful you will reveal your inner strength.
