The word consciousness comes from the Latin word ‘conscious’, meaning knowing within other’s or oneself.
Consciousness is not about being unaware of thoughts and having no thoughts.
It is rather about observing your thoughts and letting go of them.
We have the tendency of thinking that are thoughts are us, but that is not the truth.
We need to stop judging ourselves and let go of them.
