Hi Steemit Family , I have just discovered I have a Monkey Mind Meditation Technic. While waiting for feedback from you , was looking at youtube and WALLA came across a Monk Mingyur Rinpoche and he is talking about the way I meditate. very interesting . hope you can look him up. Learning something new everyday.
