Appreciation and gratitude that are constantly practiced are powerful, of course. Have you ever thought about the fact that the defined main goal is also a form of meditation? Have you ever had a vision and thought process so defined that it becomes real, honestly actualized and true before your eyes after you have fully developed it?

The above anecdote and questions are mostly relevant to the topic of this article, of course. Life and reality being what it is and could be, however, sometimes you and I need to take a meditative break to help create a better reality.

Truly, reality is malleable, practicable and mutable porous ultimately with our thoughts realistically, Einstein even showed this simply and elegantly with "this equation" of relativity which he obtained through the same format of meditation and visualization riding itself on a ray of light. In fact, when I meditate, I put every ounce of purpose, idea, and how to solve my realistic life problems and "work the matrix" into writing, speaking, and practicing.Personally, I think meditation is so important that it should be practiced with everything related to it. The subconscious and superconscious minds are our connection to what is real and should be used more than we usually use them. After all, real minds work when you really think about it. The conscious mind is only the gatekeeper or security guard at the door, not the main mind of the event with what is actually happening in all of reality. This is where the meditative pause comes in really realistic.

When used correctly, the whole mind is truly the union of itself. If misused, Fragmented Mind yields average results at best. My point boils down to the fact that there are too many ways to use the mind wrong, but one way to use the mind correctly and the word that comes to mind is "intuitively". But when I say intuition, I mean depending on the deeper mind in the right way and using the more superficial or conscious mind in the right way. Use the deeper minds for knowledge and the conscious mind to eliminate decisions of the correct use of knowledge. So the productive use of the meditative pause comes right there.Bigger and smaller problems can be solved creatively and ultimately that way through intuition and a creative meditative pause, without forcing a conscious solution without the one envisioned
