The word “Consciousness” is really complicated to explain, dissect, and universally describe, eventhough many of us perceive clearly the significance, especially in its spiritual sense. I’d love to try to describe all the feelings and new perceptions that I reconnected to that word in my path of change, that sort of “spiritual bounce” that involves many people, specifically when they are determined to change.

Various shock can unleash the most beautiful consciousness that can grasp a human being in the course of his life, without any rules in terms of age, sex, religion, social background or past experience. First I would like to try to identify the causes or at least the “calls” which generally sensitize us to the point of making us take the path of change. So the “consciousness” explodes inside us, when we reached a limit in our lives regardless of the sector where the “saturation” is determined.

From now on, we become more sensitive, facing the forces of our ego. We were trapped in a false personality, now we stop living a life that is not ours, we disintegrate all conditions that oppress us in our present, we learn from our past confronting him with detachment, we win. In general these are the shocks that can point the balance in favor of the soul, defeating the authoritarian hegemony of the ego:

The end of a love

An oppressive or not congenial job

The loss of a very dear person

Economic and financial issues

A severe illness or physical accident

A serious sense of guilt

Boredom and lack of stimulation

A magical encounter

Each of the points listed above require more thorough analysis and I would still describe objectively, individually those in related articles. Every single human being is unique and different, so it’s pointless to ramble or to dwell in detail that only each of us can find and recognize in their own life path. Now I would like to draw your attention on “negative events” happening in the lives; in this blog I’ll emphasize often the intrinsic goodness, in fact, usually are the “bomb” ticking that liberate us. What I call “Shock” above, should not be seen necessarily as negative events: don’t observe just their raw and terrible nature or you’ll be sucked into the vortex of disappointment and there will be no redemption that takes, indeed you’ll be completely re-checked by egocentrism.

Surely when they occur, are interpreted as tragedies (apart from the point “magical encounter”), but all that leads us to an improvement and evolution in the aftermath; we have to consider it as a blessing in the “dramatic” now and then metabolize it positively. I will not burden this introductory article on the “consciousness”, then you can delve into the details of the cause of your awareness in various posts connected.
Let’s focus on the perceptual aspects of our experience of change:that moment when we feel a strong change within us that will be irreversible. Often the “leap in our ego” is explosive, sometimes it slows down, it is often gradual but can also experiment severe regressions that are completely natural.

The ego does not want to give way to our inner self, it defends itself by producing regressions consist of a deep insecurity. His army consists of fears, insecurities, be what others wants for you, a tendency to see the glass half empty, counterproductive competition, fiction, trial to put us back “in doghouse” 🙂
A big change is not easy given that this results in a bitter struggle between “The ego” and “The soul”; ego is materialism, rationality, calculation, competition, greed, envy and all the ignoble stuff that the system and society constantly feed; soul is love, listening, purity, sharing, respect, simplicity, return children.

All that is most noble you can embody, is the nature around us, is the infinite universe, is the smile for no apparent reason, it’s often look to the sky, enchanted, and to thank the source of God. When we let talk the soul and life becomes a dream.

The ego wants me to be all that I am not, and often succeeds! But the soul awakens my inner child and will push away any illusion. I’m going to be, that’s how you grow up … <<<
