Meditation should be mandatory at schools all over the world. Meditation has helped me a lot when it comes to relax and to get rid of anxiety. I have also had several "out-of-body" like experiences. Very cool and makes you want to meditate even more.
The "problem" with meditation is to get people to invest enough time into practicing it. It took me many years from I started until I managed to get comfortable meditating.
