I'd like to introduce the Meditation phase .. how deep inside the self
It's simple but not so easy because most of people think too much even 2~3 phase..
you will realize how much think when you try the meditation
Let me explain the phase simply
- Meditation Phase(step)
0~.Comfortable the body and mind
1st. Peaceful soul
2nd. Concentration and focus the one think or image or breath "Immersion"
3rd. Empty which you focus .. Only observer
4th. Disappear even the observer who watching it(nothing or)
5th. only Awareness after disappear the observer(Can't say something or nothing.. can't imagine and expression.. only need experience)
6th. even disappear the Awareness.. (Really nothing... as a death of reservation time)
3~6: without emotion, think(thought)

there are so many different kind of meditation. but today I'd like to recommend you simple 2 way
one is clean and empty the mind, another is checking the mind(think/emotion)-mindfulness
you can try first one clean the mind when you have time where you have peaceful place
second is anytime you can try to watch the people and things(objects) without classification and judgment except the sleep time... (can do in the dream if you can_lucid dream ^^ :) )
