morning meditation: rise up and shine

These last mornings getting up at 6 am has not been the dread it was before and that is all due to my participation in the Rise up and Shine University with Laura Malina Seiler

Yesterday the the meditation was about looking into yourself and your past where you then forgive and accept yourself for who you are

Today it was about forgiving others, even if they get on your nerves.

Think

Observe

Process

When someone does get on your nerves just STOP

then you can think about what they are doing to trigger the response and process this in order to forgive them
