Meravigliosa giornata verso la realizzazione sempre più profonda che nulla è nell'altrove, ma tutto è qui, che siamo qui per vedere il nostro cuore, il nostro spirito, che mentre la fuori ci dicono che la vita è dura, difficile e piena di sofferenze, in realtà la vita è semplice e il corpo si auto-guarisce, anzi non è fatto per ammalarsi se messo nelle condizioni ottimali. L'estasi è il nostro stato naturale, la separazione non esiste, tutto è uno, e per farne esperienza basta un cuore aperto all'amore. Corpo e spirito sono uno, e custodendo il primo con cura e devozione preserviamo e permettiamo all'anima di Essere, ci permettiamo di ESSERE. E soprattutto: se crediamo che ci sia qualcosa da raggiungere, beh rimaniamo delusi perché non c è proprio niente da raggiungere...tutto cambia continuamente, Esserci nel cambiamento è l unica cosa possibile, il senso della vita è forse tutto qui, non c è molto altro da fare. Accettare che è tutto qui, per coglierne l infinita bellezza🙏💙❤.
