My First Valentine Ever.

This is my best Valentine ever! I have never really celebrated any before now and 14th February, 2018 happened to be my first and best yet!

The azure sky promised me a beautiful day, the splendour of which was soon buttressed by an amazing encounter.

The day started quiet alright and i was really busy at work. I was to meet up with @ponmile, and the thought of meeting up with her and the orphanage visit that is ahead gave me the needed strength to glide through my busy schedule without even feeling the strain.

I left office and met with @ponmile. What a sweet soul. Her smile could literally melt a heart made of stone. She looked elegant, dashing, delectable, sweet and adorable in her amazing knee sized gown. The hair perfectly stayed on her and she walked with grace. She moved and walked as if she was floating.

She is like an angel, hanging from the sky. She is so weightless she can dance on the head of a pin.

We met and from start to finish all we did was laugh and laugh and laugh. I totally enjoyed her company that i lost track of time and i wasn't eager to leave her just yet. The time was short but the engagement was totally worth it.

Even though she couldn't eat the food she ordered and it is totally understandable. My friend is picky with food hahahaha.

Shortly after then, i met with her friend; Tolu. She is cool and lively too. She actually snapped those pictures with my phone and we took time to tell her how Steemit works and told her how to get her registration sorted out. So people, i expect her to join very very soon because she is more than eager.

The trio...she is the new convert into the Steemit/Steem world.

So, after our time together, i left them to catch up with other engagement and they left for the market too.

So, i proceeded to the orphanage to celebrate with the children alongside our amazing members:

We met outside, we stayed there for a while just to wait for some of the children's facilitators to be around. They stepped out to sort out the children's logistics and we duly used that to record lot of videos and took pictures. Oh yes! I love pictures.

Pictures speak volume. This is a day i would do anything to have, over and over again.

Giving is the new Valentine.
Valentine just had a whole new meaning; going extra miles, giving, spreading love and making people happy.
