El-Bossaa Writers Club steemit Meet up + End of the Year commemoration

El-Bossaa Writers Club had existed before time but only came into the steemit community around October 2017 with the aid of @olanrewaju and our introductory post was done El-Bossaa Writers Introductory Post

The founding philosophy of the club is that, in the creative world, the authority of ideas surpasses the idea of authority. This mantra is the reason for the club's motto

And the purpose of introduction into steemit was to broad the knowledge of creativity and writing and also to be exposed into the blogging and writing world in general.

The funds from the steemit account was concluded to be use in the purchase of a common outfit bearing the club's name and steemit for the members during the first meeting and today , with GOD and the help of great steemians the vision is a completion !!!!

Alas! We were all victorious

We came up with plans to organize the meet-up and simultaneously purchase our first outfit from our first funds from the steemit. And from this post, we sought help From the steemit community.

Order of program

After the opening prayer by the P.R.O in person of Adedeji Mariam, the club anthem/poem was sung and it goes thus:-

We write with creativity
Not minding series of activities
Our thoughts are scribbled down
Not minding who finds time to read
Our passion is filled with so much zeal
We inspire others through our writing
Filling empty spaces with our wordings
We care not what they say
All we do is to make a way
Where ideas will not fade

The most captivating aspect of the program was CREATIVE ACTIVITY BY MEMBERS , Where members were presented with a paper and pen and all were mandated to create something on the paper.

Also , @olanrewaju seized the opportunity to explain and gave detailed explanation about how steemit operates and how to become a user. A big thank you to @olanrewaju our online manager

It was fun because several creative work were presented : drawing , poem writing , narrative essay and the list is endless.
