What do you look for in a meetup?

I'm thinking of starting one or more meetups and would love to hear what you value most in a meetup.

Is it meeting people?
Just hanging out?
Having a place to go with people like you?
Finding work projects?
Finding a job?
Finding co-founders?
Learning more about an interest?
