These are unjustifiably high costs, which only exacerbate the overall health situation in the poorest areas of the country.

Also, a great deal of influence on the general atmosphere comes from a distrust of doctors and methods of treatment, so if someone is displeased with treatment, he has nowhere to complain and get more qualified services.
