Gunung ( mount) Padang is aprehistoric site of Megalithic cultural heritage in Wes Java, the located is karyamukti village, Cianjur regency, West Java Province of Indonesia, 30 kilometres south west of the City of Cianjur.
Gunung Padang site is at an altitude of about 885 a bove sea level, with an area of about 3 hectares, as the largest stepoed pyramid it is estimted that the gunung padang site is a place of worship for living there over 22,000 years ago.
The location is steep and hilly, the site of its existence is large square pile of rocks arranged terraces leading to the Gunung(mount) Gede, lay the remnants of a massive complex of rocky structures and monuments.
Gunung padang site in Wes Java has long attracted the attention of the world' archeology, many tourists from the world who come on the mountin site of the desert, the want to see the history that has thousands of years old.

Waahh ini salah satu lokasi yg ingin saya kunjungi, tapi belum ketemu waktu yg cocok untuk ke sana. Meskipun cuma ada batu2, tapi menurut saya.. jalan menuju ke puncak itu yg asyik
