Winning $393M Mega Millions ticket sold in Illinois

One Mega Millions ticket evaluated at $393 million coordinated every one of the six numbers drawn Friday night, the fifth biggest prize in the diversion's 15-year history, lottery authorities affirmed.

The ticket was obtained at Nick's Barbecue in Palos Heights, Ill., as indicated by authorities. The triumphant numbers in Friday's drawing were 23, 33, 53, 56, 58, and Mega Ball 6. 


Friday's big stake, which has developed since April 28, is the fourth Mega Millions big stake won for this present year. Played in 44 states, including the Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia, Mega Millions tickets were sold for $1.

Surprisingly, Mega Millions and Powerball bonanzas outperformed $350 million in the meantime. Saturday night's Powerball lottery attracting is relied upon to be around $356 million, with a money choice of $224 million. Tickets are $2. 


The chances of winning either big stake is low — one in around 258.9 million for Mega Millions, and one out of 292.2 million for Powerball. 


A record $1.586 billion Powerball big stake was partaken in January 2016 by ticket holders in California, Florida and Tennessee.

What a serious waste of money. People who play lotteries are poorer and less educated than the national average. Yes, it would be nice to win. But I'm not going to waste my money on it.
