Clearly it isn't ethical to distribute the content others provide on the internet without permission.
This is tantamount to stealing and redistributing wages for those whose content is the source of their livelihood.Aside from platforms like this, advertising, and subscription arrangements, there is little in the way of compensation for the producers online. How much internet would be left if all parties agreed that they would provide their content free of charge in exchange for equal access to all information in the pot? Estimates in the ballpark of 4 billion people access billions of terabytes of stored data between just the big four: goog, amzn, msft, fb. We pay with our personal information more often than not. How much of the content produced garners revenue? I'm interested to know how we can escape the regulatory authority of the world's governments. I wonder if an additional layer of the internet offer a voluntary platform like that I proposed is feasible, or if it already exists. Does deep web have the potential to provide this, and how can we make it more accessible?
