It's just SO hard not to give in to temptation, I miss the habit more then anything else I guess..

    If you truly make up your mind and believe in your decision then you can win and MAKE IT HAPPEN. If your choice to stop smoking was for say a boyfriend then you will loose, as it is only when we decide to make a difference in your own life that we stick to our commitment and push through the hardship.

    Good luck and stay strong and above all else believe in YOURSELF.
