Who were the Charlotte Protesters who were paid $25 p/h?

Some time ago this was captured from a help wanted ad on Craigslist. 'Crowds on Demand' were looking to pay protesters with an upbeat and 'can do' spirit.

Not long after that, events in Charlotte turned sour with a shooting and the governor declaring a state of emergency.

How much of this is organic, and how much of this is orchestrated by people desperate to keep certain narratives aided by a sense of disunity in the press?

    I do not know much about charlotte's facts, but I can tell you that it comes from both sides, this terrorist, by paying a small group of people, makes sure that a mass is formed with the crowd and that it is subsequently taken over by someone in the The crowd responds to the act and there are usually armed confrontations.
