I'd like to suggest the term "stratification memes" for memes that exist to enforce social stratification, and that have no other function besides that. The term itself is neutral, and does not value the use of stratification as positive or negative, it merely observes memetic processes used to enforce caste-based social organization, much in the same way you can study anything else.
