A reasarch that was conducted to show the connection between memory, sleeping and physical activities shower that sleeping after one studies something help to remember the learned for a long time. The research showed that certain areas of the brain used in learning new things are re-activated when we sleep and this help in processing the newly learnt things further while we are sleeping. What students can learn from this research is that it is better to have a full night sleep before an examination of any kind in the morning than sit and study late at night. Let your brain work for you when you are asleep. This Will ensure that you remember whatever you learned before going to bed.
