My alternative story would be: I would focus on his mouth because he has a unique way when talking and he really doesn't open his mouth that much when saying words and I would imagine for Aidan-->aid+ant--> An ant giving the first aid
to a gillian (Gillen)
Gillians are "bad" souls in bleach ( an anime) so to help me give more meaning I would see the concept of the gillian suffering from the littlefinger's even worse soul.

Great story! You could say there is a Gillian living inside Littlefinger which would explain why he is such a mischievious character. And the ant comes and aids him inside his mouth (which is the place where the Gillian enters and leaves).

I think you made a classic rookie mistake or I misunderstand something: The main keyword is missing which is Littlefinger himself. If you don't connect the story to him it will not create a physical bridge with your brain cells.
What fires together, wires together.
You could create pretty much the same story but with Littlefinger instead of either the medic or the son.

Littlefinger shaved his moustache with the aid of a gillette (razor)
and then hided back in the bushes! HA!
The mouth and the moustache was the hook for me and his second name reminds me the razors.
