From Knowledge to money

"I know what I know and I'll stick to what I know and that's it"
This is a concept that all of the investors actually follow; they are not up to know and learn about new things. Since the leap that technology and the internet have taken a lot of doors have opened for great investments with a good return. The crowds funding projects or ICOs are the newest trends in investments among the people updated and with enough knowledge on the topic.
Study before you invest

It is true that it's better safe than sorry but without a little bit of risk, you don't get the really big wins. Despite all the rumours surrounding the crowdfunding projects and all of that, at this moment of speaking millions of investors are buying tokens from various platforms for various projects which is all good for them. However, how to choose the project where you will put your money is the important question. True fact that I said we have to take risks, but they have to be with calculated risks. I know exactly where I am and what I have. I put "X" amount of money and I am expecting "Y" as a return or profit. Alright, I set my target and I have to look for a project that I can fund and it gives me the required profit for a certain period of time.
A clear road leads to trust.
Okay, so let’s say I found "my dream project" the profit is exactly as I want and even more than I was expecting, is that a reason to jump for it right away? Nope. This could be the stupidest move I do. Do I have to think if this project is trustworthy like is whatever they are promising is even doable?
You can be hundred percent sure only when you see the roadmap of the said project and a detailed roadmap at that. Don’t give your money to people saying you know what, we are going to do this and because we are kind of cool we will do it by that. The goals, dates, periods, and deadlines to achieve the said goals have to be set straight and accurate. This is a roadmap anything else is going to be unreliable. Again you have to always know where you stand.
Can you reach?

Let's make the assumption that you found a project with a clear roadmap with all the description above, is that it? Is this like the sign to go for them? Nope. It is all nice and sweet and dandy that you have a detailed roadmap with a set of goals, but you have to think are they attainable goals?
As a project will they be able to achieve the mentioned goals in the roadmap or not? If the answer to this question is not then the whole thing is bogus. On the other hand, if it's a yes. Then maybe you found the best project to invest in. as a suggestion, give ZAN Coin a shot. They are literally everything mentioned above and more.
They started their ICO project at a time around February 2017 however, due to some complications they had to stop it. Thus, they initiated ZAN Coin in August 2017; its main purpose is to collect funds for the main company which is Zanfau.
Investing with ZAN Coin is a guaranteed profit and you have all the reasons and facts to tell it is not a scam.
