Billionaire Elon Musk attended Met Gala 2022, citing one of the most “desi” reasons for doing so. The recent purchaser of the micro-blogging site, Twitter, went to the fashion extravaganza with his mom, Maye Musk, a model. When he was asked why he had come to the gala, Musk answered, “My mom wanted to come, so I brought her.”
The reason resonated with the mindset of Indian children who are perceived to be family-oriented. The clipping was shared by one of the netizens which grabbed attention in no time, and Musk responded with a laughing emoji.
