Working in person will always build trust more quickly than virtual communication, and in an organization, trust is speed. At the same time, virtual offices in the metaverse hold vast potential, and not everyone can be in the office, so the future will be hybrid.
The modern office is insufficient; the office and the way we work need to be reimagined for hybrid work, and we’re already noticing the beginnings of this.
