Creating an entire Metaverse ecosystem like the upcoming RFOX VALT is essentially carving new paths through uncharted territory.

After all, nobody on planet earth can say with any certainty what the Metaverse will become or how it will integrate with our everyday lives. Will our grandparents choose to put VR goggles over their spectacles? Probably not.

But team RFOX is doing their best to create Metaverse environments that have a little something for everyone and a lot for particular enthusiasts across gaming, music, play-to-earn, and more.

Imagine the RFOX organization as a spider. The VALT forms the main structure, while the separate ventures — DeFi, media, NFTs, blockchain-based mobile games — are the creature’s legs.

The head contains the brain, and in the case of the VALT, many collaborative minds are working together to bring Metaverse environments to life. The team is already large and continues to grow.

A recent VALT update article spells it out for us:

“We have 27 dedicated team members currently building the RFOX VALT. There are 14 people currently in our tech production team, including project managers, developers, and quality control analysts, plus six in the marketing asset creation team. In addition, we aim to hire 19 more people in the next three to six months to bolster the creation of the open-platform metaverse.”

Plenty of personnel are on hand to get the VALT operational, but five core teammates are true standouts:

  • Joseph Andre — The RFOX organization started in 2018 as RedFOX Labs, and Joseph has been part of it all since nearly the beginning. He’s got the skills to fill in wherever he’s most needed.
  • Daniil Kuznetsov — The VALT isn’t just a retail environment. It’s also a game. As studios don’t run themselves, Daniil came aboard this month to create a fully staffed team of all-star developers.
  • Andrew Soosay — Another fresh teammate that began in January 2022, Andrew may be new to the team, but his 23+ years of art experience make him a valuable asset.
  • Vasilii Kozlov — Sporting over a decade of experience, Vasilii is responsible for the technical aspects of adding gamification into the RFOX VALT.
  • Suebsin Pulsiri, 2D Concept Artist — Another new hire from January of this year, Suebsin has been working on games and animations for over 15 years.

Headcounts are increasing across every one of RFOX’s many ventures. Only one year ago, the team had a dozen members. Today they’ve crossed 80 and are well on their way to hitting 100 people building the Metaverse for everyone.

Regardless of market conditions, which have lately been in the gutter, RFOX VALT is well on its way to a public opening.
