Play-to-Earn KOGs NFT Ecosystem Moves Launch Date for IAPF Special Edition

RFOX Games, a venture within the RFOX multiverse, is gearing up for a massive charity drive.

February 7 was the original date for launching the KOGs: International Anti-Poaching Foundation Special Edition NFTs. But the date has moved up a week which gives us all more time to prepare.

The IAPF is a truly unique organization with a noble cause. Rather than roaming all over Africa trying to be everywhere at once, it leverages the power of community to help ensure animal safety.

Women make the IAPF what it is today. And by using the “teach a person to fish” approach to territorial defense within its Akashinga program, those brave women have an 80% anti-poach rate in the areas they protect.

Here’s the story in the program’s own words:

“Africa’s first armed, plant-based, all-women anti-poaching unit is revolutionising the way that animals are protected — and arresting poachers without firing a single shot. We believe change happens when it’s community-led and who better to lead change within a community than the women that have protected it for all this time.”

Going deeper into what the IAPF is all about and how the KOGs Special Edition sale will help, founder Damien Mander gave an interview with Lenny Clifford from RFOX.

And on February 14, during a limited 12-hour sale, donations to the IAPF come with Special Edition KOGs NFTs.

  • $25 = Collector’s Booster Pack—12 KOGs NFTs, which operate on the WAX blockchain. There’s currently a solid secondary market for KOGs at AtomicHub.
  • $250 = Collector’s Booster Box — 123 KOGs NFTs. The box contains 10 Booster Packs and 3 Toppers. The Toppers each contain a special slot from which the rarest of all KOGs NFTs emerge.
  • Travel Contest — Every $25 donation counts as a raffle ticket. The winner gets airfare and accommodations in Zimbabwe to meet the Akashinga Rangers in person!

If you manage to collect all IAPF 50 designs, you can put them into a special container. They are essentially digital tubes, and the KOGs community calls them CHOOBs, perhaps after “tubes” pronunciation in some regions.

And if your KOGs go into a tube, you’ll be able to stake them for $RFOX token rewards. Those same tokens power the stores inside the RFOX VALT Metaverse ecosystem.

So, by participating in the 12-hour KOGs sale on Feb. 14, you’ll score some great NFTs, help a noble cause, and potentially earn future staking rewards.

Win-win-win!
