The RFOX VALT retail and entertainment Metaverse ecosystem recognizes the importance of giving back to the community.
One lucky person is going to experience that generosity first-hand. Well, that is if they choose for their prize a Zimbabwe adventure instead of a 1/1 NFT.
Don’t worry if you’re still confused at this point. It will all make sense once I break things down for you. For donors and collectors, the fun began on February 14, 2022, through a 24-hour sale of multi-purpose NFTs.
You can visit AtomicHub to view the wildlife-inspired collection now. Secondary markets are where you’ll find the holes missing in your 50-piece set.
But before you see the NFTs, let’s dig into what makes the KOGs Special Edition: IAPF so remarkable.
International Anti-Poaching Foundation
Sure, some animals are responsible for ending the lives of humans. But we can look to Super Bowl chicken wings alone to see how humans are responsible for ending the lives of countless animals.
We may not count on chickens for the survival of our species, but if we begin losing elephants and lions and large animals in Africa and other continents, we’re truly screwed and may have to beg Mr. Musk for a trip to Mars.
Thankfully, there are organizations committed to helping to ensure that doesn’t happen. Since we generally treat the planet like a wastebin, there are no guarantees. But we can’t let that stop us from fighting.
The IAPF is an organization that’s continuously fighting to preserve the creatures and wildlands of Zimbabwe and is establishing a network of nature preserves with women at the helm.
The Akashinga Rangers are bold and courageous, and RFOX Games’ latest NFT sale was in their honor, with all proceeds donated to the program.
KOGs Special Edition: IAPF
Comprised of 50 different stylized photos with unique borders, KSE: IAPF NFTs were created for the purpose of giving back. The benefits of ownership are many. Beginning with the sale, however, each donation came with a pair of perks.
First of all, every $25 donor was eligible to receive a pack of 12 IAPF NFTs. These can be staked come next month, traded on secondary markets, and are playable in the free-to-play, play-to-earn KOGs: SLAM! mobile game.
Recall the Zimbabwe adventure we spoke of upstairs? That was part of the donation process as well. Every $25, in addition to a pack of KOGs, gave the donor an entry into a travel contest.
One lucky donor gets airfare to Zimbabwe, 2 nights in an undisclosed location, and 2 nights staying with the Akashinga Rangers! Plenty of people can say they made a donation to a charity but not many can actually visit.
How about you? Would you choose the once-in-a-lifetime travel experience or would you rather have an NFT sit in your WAX wallet? The winner will receive the NFT as proof. But then they must ask themselves the question, to burn or not to burn.
Tough choice!
