The RFOX VALT metaverse is undergoing construction from a venture-builder aiming to use bleeding-edge tech as a weapon against digital and financial exclusion.
They’ve been at it since 2018, and the fruits borne of laborious years will soon become ripe. The VALT, on target for a December 2021 MVP, is a connective hub that interlocks a number of empowering products and services.
For an example we can look to KOGs: SLAM!, the world’s first mobile video game to compute 100% of its logic on a distributed network. Not only that, the game has a Play-to-Earn mechanic that rewards players with in-game currency.
In turn, players can redeem their in-game KOINs for $RFOX token, which they’re free to sell, trade, or hold. But sometimes players just want to play.
What I mean by that is rather than having to find a source for bitcoin or ether to swap for $RFOX, wouldn’t it be nice to just buy and sell the VALT metaverse’s utility token using the cash in your wallet?
Well, now you can. If you live in supported countries, that is. Through a listing with the XanPool Platform, eligible players can use their local currency to buy in and sell out of $RFOX!
Why XanPool?
Southeast Asia’s digital economy is huge and never seems to stop growing. The year-over-year growth of digital spending is astonishing. And RFOX has had its eye on the prize, right out of the gate.
The team’s initial focus was gaming, with RFOX Games launching as the 1st successful RFOX venture. KOGs NFTs, brought to us by RFOX Games, will soon enter the Play-to-Earn arena.
It already has, but only in a limited beta capacity. Once the game rolls out for public download, we can expect to see plenty of Southeast Asians playing games in exchange for (not exchange-traded) KOINs, which they then convert to $RFOX tokens.
Let’s pretend we’re one of those gamers, with zero knowledge of crypto exchanges or wallets. Now what? Do those $RFOX just stay locked inside my account like those KOINs?
Nope! If we’re in a supported region, the Philippines for example, we can trade those $RFOX into pesos. Then we can turn those pesos into lumpia and more.
A play-to-earn tie-in
If you’re Filipino and want to play video games for a living, probably out-earning your know-it-all parents, you most likely go for Axie Infinity. But the price of entry will sometimes climb above $2.000.
So, what’s a broke-ass gamer to do? Hop on the waiting list for a scholarship through Yield Guild Games. But that’s a long line. You may be waiting for months and months.
Enter KOGs: SLAM!, the game that’s free to play. There’s no upfront cost to get started, whereas Axie makes you buy three expensive NFTs on the Ethereum network that will cost lots of gas to mint. But the monthly payout makes those gas fees worth it! Most can expect $500–1.000 per month from playing Axie.
While the broke-ass gamers wait their turn on the YGG waiting list, they can start earning immediately by playing games in the KOGs ecosystem. The title stands for Keys to Other Games so we know there are more fun gaming experiences heading our way!
