What do elephants, rhinos, and gorillas all have in common? You’ll one day be able to interact with them inside the RFOX VALT metaverse ecosystem.

Although they’re related by nature, some of these creatures have very different roots within the VALT. Allow me to explain.

To fully understand the range of two distinct entities, you must first become familiar with what the VALT entails. RFOX VALT is a retail- and entertainment-focused metaverse ecosystem divided into four distinct quarters.

Quarter themes include art, gaming, music, and all-purpose. The VR-equipped environments allow avatar-based visitors to shop, play, and interact with others from the comfort of their favorite chair.

Purchases within the VALT’s owner-customizable retail SHOPs — each represented as an NFT — will settle through the ecosystem’s native cryptocurrency, $RFOX token.

Payment onramps will be numerous, but whether users pay with a credit card or $ETH or $WAX or any other number of planned currencies, everything goes through RFOX.

Only half of the VALT’s SHOPs are sold so far. All 50 SHOPs within the art and gaming quarters sold out immediately for a wide range of prices.

And within the gaming quarter, Arkamoto, one of the SHOP owners has interesting plans for their virtual real estate.

Taking a page out of RFOX’s playbook, Harambe Protocol is creating a gorilla-themed portfolio of ventures powered by the $RIPH token. For deeper info on the project and what they aim to accomplish, watch the new interview with Jai Turnor, CEO and founder of Harambe.

The protocol is launching an RPG MMO as well as a collection of 10,000 NFT gorillas with different traits, each playable in the upcoming game:

  • Purebreds: No “special” genetics
  • Cyborgs: Mechanical limbs
  • Aliens: Radical, out-of-this-world attributes
  • Ascended: Highly religious beings that have bound their souls to stars
  • Cursed: Demonic entities practicing the dark arts

In addition to gorillas, rare animals are heading to the RFOX ecosystem.

KOGs NFTs, a product of RFOX Games, has partnered with the International Anti-Poaching Foundation to create a collection of Special Edition NFTs.

If you’ve been around a while, you know that RFOX is a generous organization that often devises ways to reward ecosystem participants. With the IAPF NFT sale, proceeds are going right back to the brave women protecting the (mostly) defenseless animals of Africa.

No matter which animal you prefer, the RFOX metaverse jungle is about to get much thicker!
