To get into mining without initial investment is hard, but it is possible. Just use faucets to earn some satoshis. These can be reinvested in cloudmining sites like Eobot. On Eobot for example, you get a small initial ammount of hash power for free. You can use this and the satoshis you earn from faucets to reinvest into more hasing power. It will take for ages but in theory it will snowball.
Another possibility is using your steem to buy BTC or just gambling ;-)
