The only female colleague in the tape is tied to the workplace, and the anger is said to be angry.

The workplace is always a place full of injustice, complex interpersonal relationships, high and low positions... even gender is often the main cause of workplace bullying.

A Canadian woman who has moved to Scotland for many years, DeeAnn Fitzpatrick, told the Scottish government a few days ago. The reason is that she has been subjected to workplace bullying and gender discrimination during her work in the Scottish Port Authority for the past 10 years.

How serious is the degree of bullying, I believe that you can see it clearly from the photo below.

Fitzpatrick, 49, originally worked at the Port Authority on the Caithness coast in northern Scotland.

In this workplace dominated by male labor, she is often harassed by colleagues, such as "no need for women to help", "especially foreign women."

I also received a false anonymous love letter on Valentine's Day, calling her a "troll". She sneered at her lack of work and opinions. The letter also said: "We want to swear ~ "The meaning of deliberate playfulness is clearly revealed between the semantics."

Because of the two identities of immigration and gender, Fitzpatrick suffered various martyrdoms in the workplace. When she reported to the supervisor that she had been bullied, the situation did not improve, but she was retaliated by her male colleagues.

The result was that the photo was just seen, Fitzpatrick was taped to the chair and the mouth was taped. One of the colleagues, Reid Anderson, said to her: "This is the end of the game with the man."

More desperate, however, was that the local court refused to accept her case. She was also accused by her colleagues of "rude and over-enthusiastic work attitude" and was forced to attend the hearing at the end of May and even prepare to leave.

Fitzpatrick, who had nowhere to go, finally chose to expose her photos tied to the chair through the BBC. With public opinion to get the attention of their own experience, and indeed succeeded in attracting enthusiastic attention on the Internet, the Scottish government can no longer be a workplace bullying and gender bullying incident.

In the face of Fitzpatrick’s allegations, a male colleague, Jody Paske, denied it and said, “These are all things that are nothing, even if it happens, the boys are joking.”

Whether the colleagues are really joking, it is obvious that the parties did not feel funny. Scottish Supreme Chief, Scottish Chief Minister Nicolas Sturgeon, also expressed anger at the incident, saying that he would never allow bullying or gender discrimination in the workplace. This bullying case, which had already been ruined, was brave enough to fight, or it would usher in a reversal.
