Yes, because blockchain has a lot of benefits for gambling DApps, even just by implementing it on a simple level. A lot of the current DApps are far from perfect, very simple, and are hugely lacking functionality. Regardless, blockchain enables a more flexible, engaging and secure betting experience- so people use them anyway.
