There Are 4 States that straddle the Mexico Border and Troops to date are only being sent to 3 of the states. It is these 3 states that the human shields will be sent to with the protection of the US military and all of the cameras will be on them. While there is one state that no Troops have been deployed to and have been under this condition for several decades and administrations. This would be New Mexico. The Cartels know this the US Government/Military knows this and surely the so-called Caravans and the United nations know this.
