Should I go for a bitcoin or not??

Hey Guys! Can you please suggest me, should i go for a bitcoin or not??

Since July 2017 my eye is in bitcoin i study and analyzed and i think my could change but i don't buy it then and after 2017 bitcoin  fell down.

Do you think why i don't buy bitcoin in 2107?

Here's the reason I am a college student and that time i don't even have a 1 buck. But now i have some savings but i don't know , beacuse bitcoin is fluctuating since 6 months, is it the right time to buy or not.
