Hello Steemit Family.
There are many ways to quit smoking. Most of us one in a life tried to quit smoking sometime. Most of us we fail to quit smoking. In this post, I suggest you some ways quit smoking. I hope you like that ways.
1.) I think you tried some meditation. It helps you a lot. If you doing meditation in some quiet place and some hilly place you feel really energetic and feel fresh.
2.) You join some sport on any sports club as well as you work hard in the gym. It really helps you to quit smoking. You feel muscular and feel fresh.
3.) You also try some drugs that help to quit the smoking like Nicotex nicotine gum. I think it is also a good option.
4.) If you love someone then you also tried to quit smoking because you live forever with your loved one.
5.) Your willpower also helps you to quit the smoking. This is one of the best ways to quit smoking.
