I'm from Venezuela...I don't have enough information to play any role or write opinions about it! But at the end progress in having peace is always important...Even if the article is fake requires be answered or comment...this is my point. India is one of the biggest Arms importer From Usa & Russia Etc.. And o the other Hand Pakistan Buys 35% of China produced Arms etc..
