RBI deadline of dealing with bitcoin is 5th July, and the next hiring of Supreme court is dated 18th July, What to do Now? Well everybody has this question and everybody are weird. One who has entered at a high price in bitcoin thinks that it's all over now there is no other option left than to sell at a loss price. Now there is good news for them, 1 Internet and mobile association of India - Advocate Taruna Singh Gohli had filed a petition on 20th may 2018, According to the petition they had appealed that the RBI Ban is on 5th July and Supreme court hiring is later on stage which would affect many people who deal with cryptocurrency. So on the basis of case file document, and many other documents submitted Supreme court by understanding the urgency of the case decided to have one hiring on 3rd of July before the RBI deadline. It does not mean that Supreme court will give the final decision on Bitcoin but there is a possibility that court can tell RBI to extend the date or to do detail study before executing the orders which surely give little relief to people who deal in bitcoin.
According to the RTI report filed by Varun Sethi, the report clearly say that RBI has not done any research or detail study before issuing this order they have not taken any suggestion and not formed any committee which is very incorrect. This report must have been attached with the petition and this can prove to be a very big weak point of RBI. hence increase the chances of getting some positive news on 3rd July. There are chances that the date of RBI ban can be pushed to a later on stage till the supreme court come up with some judgment.

Buying crypto is actually pumping out from the circulation and RBI actually lose control over that money, so I think its an issue.
