Science shows U.S. that ingestion fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish, legumes, whole grains, foods with probiotics, tea and even bittersweet chocolate all play roles in brain health and sensiblemood. ingestion for health AND happiness could be a win-win!
