RBI BANNED CRYPTOCURRENCY??????

guys I don't know why RBI banned CRYPTOCURRENCY and stopped any deposit and transaction
I have approx Rs 10k litecoin but unable to invest or withdraw
Can anybody tell why this is going on
Or any ideas about how to transact my litecoin
