My daily Breakfast : Black tea without suger, wheat Roti and milk

Heavy breakfast is always good in the morning at 7.00am. Afternoon meal light and dinner before sunset and less is always better for healthier life.
Eat more protein less carbs to strengthen and better quality of life.
Yoga in the morning is always better to stay aware and stay healthy.

How long have you been a photographer for?

I have been photographer for what I like I take pictures Since I joined Steemit. Around 24 days.
I am thankful to Steemit for exploring my skills. I have just started photography since 24 days through my phone and I am happy that my friends are appreciating my skills. Thanks to all.
This I feel just a biggining and there is lot we can do on this platform. I like what I do and I enjoy what I do.
