Roll out the dough to form rounds for the paratha base.
Mix all ingredients along, except the oil. Place the stuffing within the center of the extended dough and fold the perimeters over. Pinch the edges to form a ball.
Flatten it victimisation your hands and roll it once more.
Heat a pan and cook the paratha. Once it starts to show brown, add a bit oil to form it tender and golden brown.
