The man who avoided world war 3 !!

Once world war 3 just 2 min. away. But Russian Army officer 'Vasili Arkhipov' refused to drop nuclear bomb on America on October 27, 1962. He saved the whole world. Because of him we are all alive today.
But it is very sad that no one knows this Hero.
