Asus has been available and dynamic in the Indian cell phone showcase for some time now, yet it hasn't prevailing with regards to making a huge stamp as far as numbers. Maybe the fault for it can be stuck on a confounding item system that has included different comparably named variations, alongside valuing that influences the organization's gadgets to appear to be unnecessarily overrated. I've generally felt that Asus cell phones cost excessively, dissimilar to the organization's great workstation line-up that is estimated significantly more sensibly.
The first thing you will notice is a tall 5.99-inch (1080x2160 pixels) display which is an IPS FullView panel that comes with 18:9 aspect ratio and one just can’t deny the fact that a display like this still feels like a premium feature in this segment. The moment you pick up the device, it feels heavy, thanks to the 5000 mAh battery inside the handset, but within a couple of minutes, you will notice that despite such a huge size, the device indeed offers a great grip and isn’t very slippery. While at the front there is the display panel, the front camera sensor with soft LED flash, things are a little dull at the back, where you see a dual-camera setup inspired with the iPhone-X backed by an LED flash right below it and a fingerprint scanner, right at the middle.
The ZenFone Max Pro M1 comes with the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with Adreno 509 GPU, 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. There are two other variants of the ZenFone Max Pro M1 which come with 3GB RAM/32GB storage and 6GB RAM/64GB storage while we reviewed the 4GB RAM/64GB model. The top-end variant will be made available soon with an improved camera, as well.
Going to the show, the 83% screen-to-body proportion is extremely amazing as it offers extraordinary media utilization encounter, while the 2.5D bended glass show offers enough brilliance level for even watch a dull themed motion picture in coordinate daylight. It is sharp and hues are immersed. We utilized the ZenFone Max Pro M1 show for gaming, perusing and watching recordings and we had no issues at all with the show board which isn't that intelligent. Going to the auto-shine mode, while it's not flawless.
There are also impressive specifications, features and strong pricing. The Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M1) pricing starts at Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM / 32GB internal storage variant, going up to Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM / 64GB storage option, with the phone available exclusively on Flipkart. It’s designed to squarely take on the successful and highly-rated Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. We review the Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M1) to find out if it can challenge the current sub-Rs 15,000 champion.
ZenFone Max Pro Score
Design - 8/10
Display - 8/10
Camera - 7/10
Performance - 8/10
Battery - 9/10
Overall - 8.5/10
The biggest talking point of the Asus Zenfone Max Pro (M1) is its software. While Asus has typically pushed its ZenUI interface on its devices, it’s often criticized for having far too much bloatware on it. There is typically an Asus-built app for every possible function on the phone, and updating these apps can also be a troublesome affair considering the frequency and size of these updates. With the Zenfone Max Pro (M1), Asus seems to have taken this criticism very seriously, and launched the phone with near-stock Android 8.1 Oreo on board.
GAMING
It is the beast in the Tech, Processor and Battery optimization (No heat) after playing long duration heavy games like Asphalt, PubG, Tekken Etc, In HIGH GRAPHICS setting
