Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation has started to live stream to see cooking methods as well as cleanliness in the kitchen to the passengers.
This will increase transparency and public confidence in the quality of the food served to the passengers on any train.
According to Railway's Statement "Anyone can access the live streaming video on IRCTC website in the gallery link"
I hope this will bring more transparency to the existing system and a hygiene food will be served to all the passengers
