RAPE CASES IN INDIA at peak

Now-a-days Rape cases in INDIA is very common when you see newspaper every morning you can easily find 10 to 15 rape cases news on that newspaper . I heard daily or watch on social media that some minor girl age 3 year ,4 year or 6 year are Raped but the point is that why this is happening. why people's mentality is going to that type of thinking . I think gov. should come up with a strong Rule that if you will found guilty in Rape case then you will shoot dead on that day as like in South Affrica and many other countries . Now the point is that if Rape is happening from many years so why till gov. didn't made any such type of Rule. Gov. can ban 500 and 1000 notes within a night or It can apply emergency in a COUNTRY so why it can't do this why it can't do anything which can help Girls. In the name of help they can give girls reservation,10000 rs, girls want only safety nothing else give them safety. ONE of my friend said if any gov. do this then their vote bank will decrease but I think this is not a good point .
so If you know any good point or reason why gov. are not doing this then comment . At last we should do something for Our Country otherwise our next generation will face many issues like Girls safety ....
