Do we get these vitamins from food we eat ?
Yes, we get vitamins and minerals from the food we eat but is low in percent as compared to food which we used to get 50 years back. This is because of the pesticide used on crops and the pollution present in air and soil which is disturbing the plant’s 🌱 inner cycle because of which they are not able to produce enough nutrients.

Every vitamin has an essential daily dose which if not fulfilled can later on cause many effects like hair fall, weaker bone strength, body pain ( fatigue ) and more..

Do we need multivitamin tablets ?
The answer is yes we should take it as we are not able to complete our vitamin requirements because of our busy schedules.

Our body will absorb the nutrients required by it and will excrete the excess vitamin because of which your body will not be in abundance with any vitamin or mineral which it will not cause any side-effect.

Next thing to be covered is what is the right age to start multivitamins ?

We can take multivitamins from 18-80 years of age. Some studies says that we can take multivitamins from 13 years but I don’t personally think that a child below 18 should take it as his body is in growing stage and it’s absorbing power is at much higher stage. What to see when buying multivitamin ?

When buying multivitamin you should see the nutrition label at the back of the bottle. At the nutrition label the daily required % should not be more than 100% as if the daily value is more than 100% then the vitamins used are synthetic because of which your body will absorb only 10% of that tablet and will excrete the rest 90% tablet which will turn your urine to dark yellow colour which indicates the synthetic form of the tablet. So, buy only organic or natural form multivitamin tablets so that your body absorbs all the nutrients from it and your money don’t gets wasted.
