If you are a normal routine person and want to start a diet plan to maintain your body fat then first of all you need to know is that you cannot just quickly change your diet as it will cause you weakness which will further cause to declination of dieting.
So, to start a diet you should change your one meal out of three meals of the day i.e you can change your lunch with your diet food for a week or two and when you are comfortable with that then change your 2nd meal with diet food. This will help your body and your mind to balance with each other with the food you are eating and in this way you will see far better results than instant dieting as in this diet routing you’ll be happy ☺️😃
