Hello guys hope u like my last blog on startup. In this blog i am going to tell you what are the things you need to check in your startup before going to investor. According to priority i am going to explain most important things you need to check before coming into the market.

TIMING: First of all you need to check that it is the right time to come into the market with this idea. For eg if you start digital marketing company in 90s in India so definitely it will fail because at that there are very few people who use internet at that time. So we need to understand that timing plays a important role in startup success.

TEAM: Another important thing is your team, which is need to be dedicated and full of experts. And those peoples who passionate about work.

IDEA : Next thing is your idea it's need to be unique. I know finding a unique idea is very difficult but you can see in market that new startups are not coming with new idea but improved idea. But in this case you have to take care that you expand quickly otherwise already running company will disrupt your business.

BUSINESS MODEL: One of the important point is business model because investor will fund millions in your idea so you also need to assure them that how they will get this money back for that purpose you need a strong business model.

B2C: BUSINESS TO CUSTOMER
B2B: BUSINESS TO BUSINESS
RRM: RECURRING REVENUE MODEL
B2B2C: BUSINESS TO BUSINESS TO CUSTOMER

FUNDING: Last one is funding most of the startup fails because they don't manage their expenses . And their funding get over before the second round of funding. That's why you see in market that startups after getting millions of dollar also get failed.
