Introduction:- How i become a Branch Manager from a Lab Techincation

Introduction:-

                         My name is Muhammad  Yaseen kamboh from Pakistan. I have passed my Graduation in 2006 ,after that i did   eight  months mobile course (software & hardware)  from government college .   I applied for a job in a Multinational Mobile  company (United Mobile).My first life,s appointment was finalized ,and i was so glad about my job . I was appointed as a lab technication in 2007.

My manager was so nice fellow ,he coperated with me like a friend and help me out all my problems at the initial stage which i faced .My start salary was so low which was 3000/rs per month but i was confident ed because i needed experience of mobile repairing (software & hardware). I learned a lot of with the passage of time . I also learned about customer dealing ,accounts management as well as about computer skills .

I was so eager of learning because of all that my manager was coperating with me a lot of as compare to other staff members.I worked hard in all departments in the company (computer,lab department and customer dealing ).My manager was so impressed from my work and he was appreciating and encouraging me all the time .

After two years a new service center opened in Gujranwala. I was selected as a branch manager in Gujranwala Service Center . I also worked so hard in that service center as a Branch Manager 3 years . I run the office by my hard work and succeed ,but there was still a problem which was facing by me that was salary issue . They were giving me 15000/rs salary package after having 5 years experience .

I also attached with my friend who was doing a business of mobile ,he said me that i should resign from the job and we will do business together . So i decided to resign from the company and started my own business with my friend. My senior manager forced me that not resigned from the company,but i had taken decision .

Since that time i am doing my own business and earning a reasonable amount . I have a lot of comments to be added but i think no one have time to read such long content, So i am explaining shortly about myself ....
