Steemians in this post I am telling you about some little healthy tips in very simple words .

  1. Don't remain hungry for a long time of period .

  2. Don't take our meal excess . Eat your food at regular interval.

  3. Eat your food slowlly and chewing well .

  4. Don't eat too much fried food .

  5. Take lots of fruit and vegetables in your diet.

  6. Avoid all junk food like chowmein burger etc .....

  7. Do not drink too many cold drinks .

  8. Drink a lot of water .

  9. Have healthy drink like coconut water and fruit juices.

  10. Never use tobacco in any form.
